Awesome all round!
When I accidentally ordered two of the same drink bottle you very promptly refunded me for the one I didn't want. When I followed up delivery of the second order you promptly dealt with it and it arrived very soon after.
Only issue was that responses to my emails went to spam!

Krásný dárek, rychlá výroba etikety i rychlé odeslání, doporučila bych zlepšit balení lahví, například do bublinkové fólie, první zásilku zásilkovna rozbila. Ale obchod ihned pomohl s nápravou a zásilku znovu rychle odeslal, ta již dorazila v pořádku. Děkuji, doporučuji

Beställde två graverade öl-sejdlar som levererades snabbt ( inom tre dagar!) och blev mycket uppskattade presenter!

Goedemorgen,
Ik heb echt nog geen problemen gehad behalve dan met de levering maar dat is niet jullie service.
Ik bestel meestal heel nipt bij de afgifte datum maar jullie slagen er telkens in om alles tijdig te leveren, super.
Bij de laatste bestelling had ik graag 2 verschillende quotes op de handdoeken maar dit ging echter niet. Maar het resultaat was toch schitterend en mijn collega was er heel blij mee.
